/ About the project

The Nature Hero Awards is a nationwide initiative celebrating Irish primary schools that lead the way in outdoor learning and biodiversity action. In collaboration with Biodiversity in Schools and sponsored by Glenveagh, I developed a playful and purpose-driven brand identity aimed at engaging both young students and educators.


At the heart of the brand is a nest-inspired logo, symbolizing home, care, and the interconnectedness of nature. The visual system features vibrant wildflower illustrations and the campaign message "Schools making a home for nature," reinforcing a sense of action and environmental stewardship.


This identity lives across digital platforms, school kits, and printed materials — inspiring schools across Ireland to celebrate and protect their local ecosystems.
